Completed an enterprise printer refresh for a major retail business, replacing three older HP multifunction printers with new HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP systems across multiple departments.
The work included matching replacement equipment to the existing asset schedule, updating printer firmware, recording the old device configuration, configuring network connectivity and hostnames, and coordinating the changeover with the remote IT support team.
The three superseded printers were removed from service and securely decommissioned. Internal storage drives were identified, documented and destroyed as required, with the remaining hardware prepared for responsible e-waste recycling.
Installation documentation, asset details, photographs and printing tests were completed as part of the project handover.
