Fixed the user’s Microsoft 365 login and Authenticator setup, then moved company documents from a personal OneDrive account into the new business SharePoint environment. Configured Microsoft Edge to sign in correctly and added the SharePoint site to favourites for easier access.
Set up the printer on two new PCs, removed unnecessary pre-installed software and confirmed access to the required shared mailboxes. The customer will now test the new setup during normal work and document any issues for review at the next visit.
