Optimised a desktop computer by hardening the browser, removing bloatware and unnecessary applications, cleaning disk space and using WinDirStat to identify large files. NVMe SSD compatibility was also assessed and upgrade options were recommended.

Explained that the appearance can vary depending on whether the recipient opens the PDF in Acrobat, a browser or another PDF viewer, and confirmed the behavior was viewer-related rather than a fault in the document.
