  • Remote Support is billed @ $25.00 per 15 Minutes.
  • On-Site Support is Billed Minimum 1 Hour @ Business $120.00 per hour / Residential $100.00 per hour. Rest assured, our competitive pricing does not equate to subpar performance or products. We deliver exceptional value without compromising on quality.
  • A $75.00 call out fee applies for Customers 10KMs outside of Orange, NSW 2800 within a 50KM Radius.
    If you’re located outside this area (50Km+), we can still help you, just get in touch. We have contacts with Local IT providers (qualified) Australia Wide.
  • Discounts are offered to Pensioners, Veterans and Disabled persons.
